Funding Help in Sheffield

Start with the free support that already exists in the city.

There is some excellent support already available in Sheffield for nonprofits, grassroots groups, volunteers and community organisers. We think people should know about it. We try to offer free help wherever we can, and if another organisation is better placed to support you, we will point you there first.

  • Good local support should be visible and easy to reach.
  • We signpost first, then step in if more practical help is needed.
  • Any income SCO CIC generates goes back into supporting more projects.

Support should create more work like this, not sit above it.

Practical support when signposting is not enough.

SCO CIC can help when an idea is getting stuck on budgets, admin, structure or funding applications. The aim is to make the work possible, not to build a profitable layer on top of it.
