What We Collect

• Booking details for Industrial Elements, such as name, email, session choice, date, and any notes you add.
• Expression-of-interest details for programmes like This Is Us, such as your name, email, age group, the activities you are interested in and, optionally, your area.
• Anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, but only if you allow the Analytics category in our cookie settings.
• Basic technical data needed to run the site safely, such as standard server or security logs handled by our hosting.
• Browser storage for cookie choices, optional comfort preferences, and temporary site functions such as remembering that a protected resource has been unlocked during your session.

How We Use It

• To reply to enquiries and send the information you have asked for.
• To manage bookings, payments, project admin and follow-up.
• To follow up on expression-of-interest sign-ups with dates and details for the activity you chose.

Our Main Reasons For Using It

• Because you have asked us to take steps linked to a booking, enquiry, sign-up or possible project support.

• Because it is in our legitimate interests to run the CIC, reply to people, and keep the site secure.
• Because we may need to keep some records for accounting, legal or regulatory reasons.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell personal data.

Where needed, we use trusted providers to help us run the website. That can include Cloudflare for hosting and site delivery, FormSubmit (Devro LABS) to deliver website form submissions to us by email, Google Analytics for optional usage statistics, Stripe for checkout when card payments are used, and our email provider when you contact us by email. Some of these providers are based outside the UK, so your information may be transferred and handled under appropriate safeguards.

If you follow links out to Instagram, TikTok or other third-party platforms, those services handle your data under their own policies.

Children And Young People

Some of our programmes involve young people. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to complete any sign-up on your behalf. We will always seek written parental or guardian consent before a young person takes part in sessions, and we only collect what we need to run the activity safely.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry, sign-up and booking information only for as long as we need it for admin, delivery, follow-up, financial records, or legal obligations. We do not keep it for longer than there is a good reason to.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information we hold about you, and you can object to some uses of it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think something is not being handled properly.
